Default UMW 3B - What's the deal

What's the 3B all about?
Does it require a build?
Is 3B a stepping stone to 4?
Does the stage 4 have a more advanced build?

Thanks! Mike

Mike;

Stage 3 "A" does not include rods and engine output is limited.

Stage 3 "B" is supplied with rods and we up the power and RPM rev limit.

Stage 4 is a completely different beast, different turbochargers and a fully rebuilt engine package. Different rods, and the use of the GT3R crankshaft, with the addition of the GT series dual scavenge oil pump. Heads are well developed with matching camshafts. All in all, there are some nice trick pieces on Stage 4.. Including my new billet intake plenum.. I got to get it off the CNC, pic will follow..

Thanks guys.

If I'm hearing you correct, a guy interested in a stage 4 should save the $ for that rebuild as opposed to doing a second, more extensive buid whe upgrading from the 3b.

Looking forward to seeing the pictures of the new intake Kevin.

Mike
